It’s a top priority for us to process and ship out your orders as quickly as possible. That’s why we cannot make an adjustment to your address or order once it is placed. You have two options:
Not in a hurry? You can wait for your order to return to our warehouse where we can request a reshipment or a refund. Just please contact us to let us know what your decision is.
Want your products fast? If you’d like to receive your item sooner, just place another order with the correct/complete address. We’ll make sure to refund you for your original order that had the wrong address when we receive it back at our facility. You will see a “Returned to Sender” status on your order when it arrives.
