I checked my order status online and it says that the package has “Returned to Sender”. What do I do now?

It’s up to you! If you wish to have the item reshipped to your correct address, please contact customer service at 800-996-0974 so we can update your shipping address and reship the item. If you don’t want the item to be reshipped and just want a refund, just call our customer service and ask for a refund status update.
