What happens when I cancel, return, or get a refund for my purchase?
Rewards points will be deducted based on the refund amount credited to your account. Items purchased with 310 Reward Points may be returned at the senders expense. Points will be credited to your account within five business days. Points cannot be returned for cash value. If your item has not shipped yet, you may call Customer Service at 800-996-0974 for assistance.
